Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are pleased with the design and quality of your items. However, should you wish to return anything you’ve ordered we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange in compliance with our returns policy.

OUR RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned to us for refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt of your order. If you would like to return an order, you must obtain a Return Authorisation Reference number return from us within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will offer an exchange or refund for all items that are returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in its original packaging. 

Please use the Returns Form which is included with your order to process all return and exchanges.

Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and postal costs.

As we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, we strongly advise you use Royal Mail registered post in the UK and a trackable courier service outside of the UK.

Please note that the postal and courier costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Within 14 days of receiving an item, you must obtain a return authorisation reference number by emailing us at the following address:

We will need your order reference number to issue you a return authorisation number, so please include that in your email.
Without a return authorisation number returns and exchanges cannot be processed.

UK RETURNS

If you’d like to return or exchange an item(s) from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging.

In your parcel, you will find enclosed the Returns Form.  Please take care to fill out the form in its entirety. Remember to indicate which item(s) you are returning and complete the returns number.  Can you please also include an accurate reason, as to why you are returning your product(s) is important, as it will allow us to provide better products and services for our customers in the future.

All returns must be sent to us within 7 days or receiving a returns authorisation number. 

Any returns sent after the 7 days of the returns authorisation number being received are accepted at the sole discretion of ROCKERS DELIGHT and may only be refunded with a credit note.

We recommend that all returns are sent using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

All International customers (including Ireland) who wish to return or exchange an item(s) from your order must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging.

Please complete the Returns From enclosed in your parcel. Please take care to fill out the form in its entirety. Remember to indicate which item(s) you are returning and complete the returns authorisation number.  Can you please include an accurate reason, as to why you are returning your product(s) is important, as it will allow us to provide better products and services for our customers in the future.

In addition, you will need to return the Proforma invoice that came with your order.  Please note on any export documentation or on the address label that the goods enclosed are returned goods. This will ensure we are not charged any further duty or taxes on receiving the goods back into the UK. If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed onto the customer at the company’s discretion.

Any returns sent after the 7 days of the returns authorisation number being received are accepted at the sole discretion of ROCKERS DELIGHT and may only be refunded with a credit note.

We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked courier service and retaining proof of shipment until you have received your refund notification.

REFUNDS

On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment card used to make the purchase, less any taxes duties and postal costs.  Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply).

Please allow up to 5 working days for any returns to be received within the UK and up to 10 working days for return outside of the UK. Plus, a maximum of 10 working days for the refund to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm your refund, however if after 10 working days you have not heard from us, please send an email to info@rockeersdelight.com complete with your tracking number, so that we can investigate further.

Payments

We accept PayPal as our methods of payment. Payment will be taken from your account at the time of order.

 

SECURITY

The credit/debit card that is being used for the purchase must be yours. All credit/debit card holders will be subject to the usual validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of your card issuer refusing payment, Rockers Delight will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In any event, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

 

By placing an order on our website, you guarantee that the payment details you have provided to us are both valid and correct. You also guarantee us that when the order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. When placing an order on our website, if the billing address and delivery address are the same, you are confirming that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, you confirm you are the person referred to in the billing details.

 

 

DUTY & TAXES

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
